12 PM - Mid-Day Stretch Take a break from your busy day with our Mid-Day Stretch session. Perfect for releasing tension and increasing flexibility, this gentle stretching routine will help you feel refreshed and revitalized.
5 PM - Workday Wind Down After a long day, join us for the Workday Wind Down. This session focuses on relaxation and stress relief, providing the perfect way to transition from work to a restful evening.
Mini Services Following each event, indulge in complimentary mini services, including chair massages and mini facial/eye lift treatments. These quick, refreshing services are designed to provide a taste of the full Spa Lilliana experience.
